Electrical inspections
Measured,not guessed.
Inspections and measurements of less complex electrical installations and lightning protection — by a nationally certified inspector, with a written report.
When you need a measurement
- New build
- Before grid connection you need a measurement with a report.
- Renovation
- After work on the installation, it's verified that everything is safe.
- Older house
- If the panel or sockets haven't been inspected in years.
- Insurance or rental
- When paperwork requires proof of the installation's condition.
Measurement protocol
SIST HD 60364-6What gets measuredand why.
- Protective conductor continuityWhether earthing is truly connected everywhere.
- R ≤ 1 Ω
- Insulation resistanceWhether current leaks where it shouldn't.
- R ≥ 1 MΩ
- Fault loop impedanceWhether the fuse actually trips on a fault.
- Zs · Ia
- Residual current device (RCD)Whether the RCD trips fast enough.
- t ≤ 300 ms
- Lightning protectionWhether the lightning conductor really takes current to earth.
- earth resistance
After the measurement you receive a written report with the measured values — the document your grid operator, insurer or buyer will ask for.
